Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the courier’s website or you can also track on our website Tracking page.

All orders are shipped from Xi’an, China and we provide free shipping on all orders.We typically process and dispatch orders within 5 business days as all our pieces will be carefully blessed through scared rituals in local temples in Xi’an before delivered to your hands.

Our delivery will take 3-6 business days, International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. Please note that AlmaZen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to postal service issues.

We have a 30-day return policy, to be
eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. To start a return,
you can contact us at abbyheartchina@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer assumes
full responsibility for return shipping costs and any risks associated with the
return delivery process, including loss or damage during transit.

We offer a free 1-year warranty of all our pieces.
It’s our promise to provide our customers with lasting quality and enduring
beauty. All sales on discontinued items are final and not eligible for
return/repair.
